Directions

TO OUR SEATTLE CLINIC [click here to download pdf version]:

From I-5 N or S, take the James St. exit in Seattle and turn up the hill (east) onto James Street.

For patient drop-off:
Turn right onto Minor Avenue (the first right after Boren Avenue). and the entrance to the First Hill Medical Building and small parking lot will be on the right.

For parking garage:
Go past Minor Avenue and turn right onto Broadway at the traffic light. Then make the first right onto Jefferson Street. The garage entrance is just beyond the bus stop shelter on the right. For Google Maps directions to the parking garage, enter “Jefferson St & Broadway Bus Stop Seattle”, and it will take you right there.

Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a physician, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

We accept Medicare and most private insurance and Medicare Advantage plans.  When you call our office to set up an appointment, we will work with you to verify whether we can accept your specific plan.

Payment Options

We accept checks for payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit or debit cards.  Please contact our billing team for more detailed information.

Facilities and Equipment

Our Seattle and Sequim offices have well-equipped suites for performing a range of vascular interventional procedures safely and conveniently, without the patient having to be admitted to a hospital or ambulatory surgery center.  All of our surgeons have hospital privileges should patients need or prefer to have a procedure done in hospital.

Vascular ultrasound studies are performed in our Seattle office, which is staffed with registered vascular ultrasonographers, or can be scheduled at conveniently located independent laboratories.

All of our locations are conveniently located near clinical laboratories and imaging centers, where necessary tests can be performed.
